Land Clearing, Grading & Fencing for Southwest Ranches Properties

OCAS Residential & Land Services is a Southwest Ranches crew that handles the outdoor work most property owners can't do themselves: clearing overgrown lots, grading land so water drains away from the house, installing fences and gates, spreading asphalt millings for driveways, hauling off debris, and planting royal palms. One crew and one estimate, from start to finish.

We work on homes, multi-acre lots and new builds across Southwest Ranches and nearby Broward County communities, including Davie, Weston, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Plantation and Fort Lauderdale.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge for estimates?

No. We walk the property with you and give you a free on-site estimate. Call or text (954) 829-1409 or schedule online.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Southwest Ranches and work throughout Broward County, including Davie, Weston, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Plantation and Fort Lauderdale, and across South Florida.

My yard holds water after every storm. Can grading fix it?

Often, yes. Standing water usually means the ground slopes the wrong way or has low spots. Regrading gives the water somewhere to go, away from the house. We'll look at the yard and tell you what it needs. Read more about grading.

Can one crew clear, grade and put in a driveway or fence?

Yes. Many of our jobs combine services: clear the lot, haul the debris, grade the ground, then lay a millings driveway or put up a fence. One crew handles all of it, so there's no waiting between contractors.
